These shoes......

These shoes were made for walking....and that's just what I'll do!!!! Nobody gonna slow me down...oh no....I got to keep on movin'!

And I'm off!!!

Well, my mom just took me to my year check up doctor's appointment. It turns out I'm on the petite side to say the least. I currently only weigh 17lbs and 10oz...which puts me in the 6th percentile. I'm okay with my weight, but I can tell my mom thought differently...she's been pushing all sorts of food in my face lately to try to fatten me up! I know the only reason is that she wants me to reach the 20lb mark so she can get me out of my infant car seat and into a front facing car seat!
I've also been playing a lot with my new sing along stage with a mirror that Aunt Bo got me....I love looking at myself....I am soooooooo pretty! And I like making goofy faces at myself!!





I've also been taking my first few steps as well! Look out world, here I come!

My very first birthday!!!!!

Today is my very first birthday...can you believe I'm a year old already??? I know, me either...this year has flown by!!!!














Well, I had all my friends over for my party (did I mention how popular I am?) and my mom made a special cake just for me as well as TONS of cupcakes for everyone else!! Mommy and daddy put me in front of my cake I went to town! Not really, I'm a lady...so instead of devouring the cake like my predecessors, I only picked off sprinkles and some of the icing.












































After a while, I wasn't too happy with everyone playing with all of MY new toys!!! It's my party and I'll cry if I want to....


















But I soon got over it :)
